NO ASSOCIATED FEES //

Our affiliate program is entirely free; there are no application fees or minimum sales quotas.

QUALIFYING PURCHASES // REFERRAL LINKS 

• Each time you refer a new customer to biosapothecary.com via your unique referral link and they make a qualifying purchase, you earn a 10% commission
• Commissions are awarded for all sales generated within the first 30 days of the referral visit - if the customer places more than one order during the 30 day period after their first visit, you will receive a 10% commission on each order 

QUALIFYING PURCHASES // UNIQUE AFFILIATE DISCOUNT CODE

• When applying for the affiliate program you'll be given the option to select a "desired coupon code". This code will will be issued to you exclusively upon account approval. Share it with your audience to give them 10% off their first order; when redeemed, you will also receive a 10% commission. 
• Your coupon can be used by an unlimited number of customers and never expires. Each customer can use it once. 

QUALIFYING PURCHASES // ALL METHODS 

• All products on our site are eligible
• Orders placed by existing website customers are not eligible
• Referrals cannot be generated on your own purchases 
• Commissions will not be paid for cancelled orders or refunds issued within 14 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to reject affiliate commissions if the method by which the referral was generated was in violation of our promotional policies or violates the spirit of the affiliate agreement
• If a new customer visits our store via your referral link AND enters your coupon code, the coupon will take precedence - the customer will get 10% off and you will be awarded a 10% commission. 

PROMOTIONAL POLICIES //

We encourage promotional methods that add value and create legitimate, loyal customers. Please refrain from:

• Using referral links on coupon sites
• Using referral links on sites with adult content
• Using referral links on sites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry
• Using referral link on sites that engage in illegal activity
• Spamming- please respect the rules of 3rd party websites

COMMISSIONS //

Commissions are calculated based on product sales- shipping fees and sales tax are excluded. We pay out commissions in US dollars using PayPal on the 1st of every month. There is no minimum or maximum payout amount. Affiliates are responsible for paying income taxes associated with referral revenue.

COMMISSION TRACKING //

Visits, orders and commissions are updated in real-time and can be tracked on the dashboard by logging in to the affiliate portal. Notification emails are sent to affiliates when a referred customer makes a purchase and states the commission awarded for that transaction. 

ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT //

We handle all order processing, fulfillment, shipment and customer service for referred orders.

NEWS AND UPDATES //

By signing up you agree to receive emails, sent to affiliates only, with news and updates on the affiliate program.

TERMINATION //

The affiliate relationship may be terminated by either party, at any time.

ACCEPTANCE //

By accepting these terms and conditions you are providing your nonlegal agreement to abide by them. By registering and being approved as an affiliate in our affiliate program you agree that your commissions are subject to approval before they are accepted and subsequently paid. As an affiliate you are not an employee of BIOS INSTITUTE, LLC. You agree that this is not a legally binding relationship and as a result may not take legal action against BIOS INSTITUTE, LLC.
