Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you register for a workshop and become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit to use towards any future event if you notify us 1 full week in advance of the scheduled date. Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to in-store merchandise purchases. We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 1 full weeks advance notice. In fairness to all of our customers we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness or travel. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend! In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or other Act of God, you will receive a credit to take another class at a later date. Thank you for understanding!
* COVID-19 Update: We have made the difficult decision to close our retail storefront and to put workshops on hold through at least the end of March. Spring workshop dates will be postponed. Students can opt to be rescheduled or choose to receive a credit to use toward any future workshop. If you are scheduled for an upcoming workshop, we will reach out to you directly via email. We have released our summer schedule for June, July and August ahead of schedule for those who would like to plan ahead!
